I cannot speak more highly of Vicky. She is at all times professional and authentic. Through building trust and mutual respect, she posed interesting questions or reflections to me, allowing me search myself for appropriate answers. She gave me a safe space without judgment to say and explore what I needed to.
Although it is difficult to quantify results in traditional measures, I am changed for the better! I realise that just by voicing out loud the often sad and difficult experiences of my life, that I acknowledge myself better and am more aware of how to care for myself.
Vicky helped me to free myself and cope much better with the unexpected twists and turns of life. I am beyond grateful!
