Empowering Support That’s Both Practical and Deeply Healing
Living with ADHD can feel like a constant uphill battle, especially if you’ve been masking for years or your diagnosis came later in life. You may feel misunderstood, emotionally exhausted, and overwhelmed by trying to function in a world that wasn’t built for your brain.
You might be endlessly apologising, forgetting things, overcompensating, and wondering why the simplest tasks feel so hard. Maybe you’ve spent years feeling like you’re either “too much” or “not enough.” And all the while, you’ve been trying harder than most people realise.

How ADHD Affects Women Differently
Many of the women I work with have lived most of their lives without knowing they have ADHD. Thet have been told they’re just anxious, disorganised, emotional, or not trying hard enough.
But the reality is, they’ve been trying too hard for too long.
Hormonal shifts (like peri/menopause), the invisible load of parenting, and a lifetime of masking can intensify ADHD symptoms, and over time they feel emotionally raw, mentally scattered, and constantly overwhelmed.

Why ADHD Coaching Alone Isn’t Always Enough
ADHD coaching can be incredibly helpful – offering tools, structure, accountability, and momentum. It can help you move forward, stay focused, and build systems that work with your brain.
But the truth is, if you’re carrying years of feeling “not good enough,” that’s not just an executive function issue – that’s self-worth. And traditional coaching doesn’t always go deep enough to meet that part of you.
- Healing self-worth and emotional wounds
- Practical systems for executive function
- Neurodivergent-affirming therapy
A Therapeutic Coaching Approach That Heals and Empowers
With 17 years of experience as a counsellor, over a decade as a coach and having been diagnosed with ADHD myself later in life, I understand this journey from the inside out.
I am uniquely positioned to be able to offer Therapeutic Coaching – a hybrid of practical ADHD coaching and neurodivergent-affirming therapy. This a powerful way for real, lasting change, designed for women who’ve spent too long trying to mask, manage, and make it through on their own . This approach means you’re not just learning how to manage symptoms – you’re learning how to heal, grow, and rebuild the relationship you have with yourself.
What We Can Work On Together
Every woman’s experience with ADHD is different. Some of the areas we might explore include:
- Rebuilding confidence and self-esteem
- Reducing overwhelm and emotional dysregulation
- Developing personalised systems for time, focus and motivation
- Understanding, accepting and embracing your ADHD traits
- Healing from burnout, shame, and masking
- Managing RSD and perfectionism
- Strengthening boundaries and expressing your needs
